Crystal Towers Residences

The hotel is encased in a fully double-glazed curtain wall façade, a sheer and slick experience maximizing dramatic mountain and sea views. The residences display a more sculpted facade that steps in and out to form protected balconies.  These two facade concepts are contained within two bold aluminium frames that give the building an overall identity. The freestanding office building reinforces this idea of framed, clean façade design.

These distinct functions are connected through a shared, dynamic and permeable base of public activity focusing on an internal pedestrian street, conceived to encourage a social hub of activity, an adaptable space comprising interconnecting uses that all strengthen the vital concept of constant life, energy and glow.
