1 Thibault

One Thibault, at a height of 126m, is the tallest residential development in Cape Town, and is located at the lower end of St Georges Mall in the city centre where there is a high concentration of offices.

Completed in 1972 in the Modernist European architectural style, this building was formerly known as the LG Building, and originally as the BP Centre. The original façade remains, but internally it has been re-developed with bespoke luxury apartments which occupy floors 15 to 20, with a pool situated on the rooftop.
