Mall of the South

With a sleek aluminium and glass façade articulated with the Mall of the South logo, the shopping centre is located on the prominent position at the intersection of Swartkoppies Road and Kliprivier Drive in southern Johannesburg.

Mall of the South design brief was conceptualised as double level, enclosed regional mall with structured customer parking . There is an active edge onto the structured parking area with outward facing shops along the full length of the building’s façade.

An abundance of natural light filters through a continuous sky light along the entire roofscape of the building. There are generously apportioned public areas and the main entrances to the mall are emphasized through increased scale, large volumes of glass and luxurious finishes.
