Mazars

Mazars is an office building within the Crystal Towers development in Century City, Cape Town.

The built form has been spread over the site to form the impression of a collection of buildings – an urban, pedestrian precinct with a common thread of contained, framed and clean design but each distinctively identifying the functions within. The freestanding office building reinforces this idea of framed, clean façade design.

This juxtaposition of materials has been a key thread: carefully designed aluminium cladding and glass facades; off shutter concrete with glass and stainless steel; steel and timber intended to produce a building that is contemporary yet timeless.
