Newcastle Mall

Newcastle Mall was completed in 2012 and became the new shopping destination in the northern Kwa-Zulu town of Newcastle. It offers a gross lettable area of 37 000m² along with 2 222 parking bays.

Building construction time was completed in just 12 months by incorporating the then innovative 'tilt-up' construction process. The mall comprises 93 stores, and with it's elegant design, orientation, location and varied tenant mix, has become a shopper's destination of choice.
